Rob is a 6th generation Atlantan, a graduate of Marist High School, and the University of Georgia Terry college of Business. Rob started his career in the staffing industry in 2002 with Insight Global, where he was the 20th employee. Rob started in recruiting and quickly moved in sales and sold for Insight Global in the Atlanta market through 2006. During Rob’s tenure at Insight Global, the company grew from 2 office locations to over 15 office locations and from approximately $10 million in annual revenue to over $100 million in annual revenue. Prior to leaving Insight Global to join The Intersect Group, Rob was the #2 grossing Account Manager nationally for Insight Global. Rob joined The Intersect Group in January of 2007 as a Sr. Account Manager and the 4th employee overall. Rob was charged with growing the Atlanta market through direct sales, leadership, and building out a team of Recruiters and Account Managers. He averaged over $6million annual revenue in personal production during his first three years at The Intersect Group and during his tenure has helped grow the Atlanta IT Market to approximately $30million annual revenue. Since 2009 Rob has been in a leadership capacity for The Intersect Group as a Sales Manager, Director of Technology Recruiting and Sales, and Director, Strategic Account program. He has been responsible for training, coaching, hiring and performance managing teams of 30+ employees. Rob joined 3Ci in December 2014 as Sr. Vice President, Business Development. Rob is part of the new 3Ci ownership and moved into the role of President upon the ownership transition in May 2015.
