When developing a new product or improving an existing one, how do you prioritize which ideas to pursue or which features to build first? Which things are necessary immediately, and which ones can wait until a future iteration? Rather than blindly guessing, it’s important to consider your users’ needs, desires, and current challenges. Sometimes that means conducting user interviews or surveys, and sometimes it means investigating usage patterns for answers. Once you have all that data, how do you separate signal from noise and transform insight into action? This session will highlight effective ways to combine your data—qualitative and quantitative—to develop better products.
